When is shipping free?

Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $25 or more after discounts and before sales tax. Orders under $25 have a flat $3.99 shipping charge. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, and the final charge is shown before you place the order.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship by the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays. We send tracking when the order ships. Tracking typically updates within 48 hours after the carrier receives the package.

Can I cancel my order?

What is your return policy?

Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Unused New with Tags items can be returned if the original tags are still attached. Unused New without Tags items can be returned in the condition described in the listing. For a change-of-mind return, we deduct a $3.99 return-label fee and do not refund the original shipping charge. Refunds go to the original payment method after we receive and approve the return. We do not currently offer exchanges.

Which items are final sale?

New with Imperfections items, underwear, bras, similar intimate apparel, and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned because you changed your mind. If we sent the wrong item, or the item is materially different from its listing, contact us and we will make it right.
