Welcome to 212Tribeca.com. This website is operated by New York Heritage Group LLC (“212Tribeca,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy as well.

Products and condition

We sell clothing in several listed conditions, including New with Tags, New without Tags, and New with Imperfections. Please read each product’s description and review its photos before ordering. For New with Imperfections items, we aim to describe the known imperfections in the listing.

Colors may appear different on different screens. If an item you receive is materially different from its listing, please contact us so we can make it right under our Return Policy.

Brand names used in product listings identify the items being sold. Unless we expressly say otherwise, 212Tribeca is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you place your order.

We try to keep prices, descriptions, and inventory accurate, but errors can occur. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. If an item is out of stock or we cannot fulfill it because of a listing or inventory error, we may cancel the affected item and issue a full refund for that item, including any applicable tax. If we cancel your entire order, we will refund the full amount you paid, including any shipping charge. We will notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate payment, contact, and shipping information. We request a phone number for delivery-related needs. We use order information as described in our Privacy Policy.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee that every item is available. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, cannot verify necessary order details, or reasonably believe the transaction is unauthorized. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations

A cancellation is effective only after we confirm it by email. Tracking information may take time to update; a tracking number with no movement does not necessarily mean we can still stop the order. If the order has already shipped, please follow our Return Policy. Nothing in this section limits cancellation or refund rights required by law.
